COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 2952 confirming a <br />resolution amending the Development <br />Plan for the South Bend Central <br />Development Area and adding one or <br />more parcels to the List of Parcels to be <br />Acquired. <br />Mr. Inks noted that staff would like this item <br />tabled until December 13, 2011, to add the <br />site, known as the Wharf site, to the <br />acquisition list. Mr. Inks spoke to the new <br />owners of the property and they would like <br />additional time to consider whether they <br />want the Commission to acquire their <br />property. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED NOVEMBER 22, 201 1, AND ORDERED <br />THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION TABLED RESOLUTION No. 2952 <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the UNTIL THE DECEMBER 13, 2011 MEETING <br />Commission tabled Resolution No. 2952 <br />
