A Rezoning Petition and Major
Subdivision have been submitted to the City for approval, which
will create the development guidelines and the new subdivision
for the project area.
The Petitioners believe that vacating the above-mentioned
Public right-of-ways will not have a detrimental effect on the
adjacent properties located within this new Planned Unit
Development, as it will allow for the construction of
approximately 53 homes.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel
free to give me a call at 234-4003.
Sincerely,
Michael J.
