Tuesday November 28th.9 1922. Continued. <br />The following communication received from Indian Refining Co. <br />read and refused,. ° <br />South Bend, Indiana November 2791922. <br />The Board of Public Works, <br />South Bend, Indiana, <br />Gentlemen: - <br />We understand that there is a new ruling effecting the installation of <br />curb pumps for the sale of gasoline. <br />Our Company is not in the habit of furnishing outfits of this sort, and we <br />redline that it has been abmost overdone by some concerns operating in our -City. We have <br />on hand however two propositions which have been passed by our New York -Officials and we <br />would greatly appreciate your approval and permission to make 'installation in these <br />two instances,they are as follows: The Thomas Rubber Vulcanising ., at 131 Lincoln <br />Way East,° and the Pascoff Coal & Lumber Co, at 403 East Wenger S`'L°., These installations <br />will of course be made in'stric't accord with underwriters rulings. <br />FILED' <br />Nov. 2811 <br />1922 <br />BOARD ON PUBLIC WORKS <br />BY L. La Salle Avenue. Two parties now have 435 E. La Salle <br />AveNue. It was suggested to give half number to upper flat and leave store No. 435 <br />E. La Salle Avenue.
