All members presenT <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Pavement n <br />on .Pagin Street from Hine Street to Linden AveNue, under Improvement, Resolution <br />No. 1009, IN the City, of South Bend, Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance was filed, The Board therefore find that tie ,rpoperty assessed in <br />said roll filed October 31st., 1922 is benefitted to the amount as.shown,on said <br />roll, and the Board further find that the assessment' ro11 filed October 318t., -192 <br />1922 and the final estimate allowed October 31st., 1922 should be and the same se <br />,,are hereby in all thinga ratified, confirmed and approved, <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water <br />connections on Leer Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue, under,Improvement <br />Resolution No. 1049, In the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance was filed, The Board therefore find that the property assessed in <br />said roll filed October 319t., 1922 is benefited :in the amount of assessments as <br />shown on said roll and the Board further find that the poperty assessed in said <br />roll filed October 319t,, 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water <br />connections on Fassnacht Avenue from Walnut Street to Johnson Street, under Impro• <br />ment Resolution No. jb6�. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remmonstranoe was filed. The Board therefore find that the assessement roll filed <br />Xovember 19t#*-1922 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said <br />roll and the Board further find that the property assessed in said roil filed <br />Noveinber'`lst,t, 1922 and the final estimate allowed November„l t,*11922 is hereby <br />in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved, <br />Hearing hadon assessment roll and final estimate for seven <br />inch concrete pavement on alley between Keefer's & Cobb's Sub -Division from Colfax <br />Ave. to alley north of LaSalle Avenue and alley North of La Salle Ave Sze from said <br />alley to west line of Cottage Grove Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. <br />955. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance was filed. The Board therfore find that the property assessed -in <br />said -roll filed 'November lst.f J922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments <br />as shown on said roil and the Board further find that the assessment roll Filed <br />November lst., 1922 and the final estimate allowed November 1st.9 19 22 should be <br />And the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, <br />Attorney G. A. Elliott representative and part owner of the <br />Indiana Petroleum Company who -owns gasoline pump at the Northeast corner of Lincol <br />Lincoln Way Cast and Olive Street, stated to the Board that his company's position <br />was not to be antigotistie but they war a willing to do what was fair and requestd <br />that the order as to.the removal of their pump be modified and if same could not <br />be, when due notice was served , pump owned by their company would be removed - <br />from public property. Board advised G. A. Elliott that order to takeout pump <br />at Northeast corner of Lincoln West and Olive Street would not be modified and <br />that a written votice would be servied in the near future. <br />Property owners residing on Ford Street and Grace Street <br />appeared before the Board and complained that the Oliver Chilled Plow Works had <br />not moved Pence near alley to give ample room to drive into alley. This matter <br />referred to the City Engineer to investigate. <br />Chas. W. Cole Civil Engineer appeared before the Board and <br />presented Plat of Sunnyside Manor with following dedication which was approved <br />by.the Board, and referred to the Planning Board for Approval. <br />
