548--� 14th., 1922. Continued. - BUILDING RESTRICTIONS. Be it known that no building shall be constructed closer.:than 50 ft. on any of these lots which will cost less than $3,500.00 Be' it, further known that no building ,except garage, shall be built closer than eight,(8.) ft*' to the side of .the lot. The annexed plat'is a piat;of Marquette Park, First Addition, to the City of'South Bend, in St, Josaph County, Indiana, and covers a tract of land described as follows, to -wit: ' Beginning at a point on the such line of Hamilton St. one hundred forty-three (143) ft* east of the'East line of Brookfilld Street thence west'along the south line of Hamiltn St.'a distance of four hunred ninety- six (4.96) tt. to the center line of Johnson. St. thenee south along the center lineof said Johnson St. two hundred and seventy-nine and twenty-six hundreths (279.26) ft. thence west four hundred. ninety four (494) ft. to the West side of alley west of O'Brien St., thence South Eleven hundred thirtyone(1131) ft. to the North line of Keller St, thence East, along the North line of Keller St., nine hundred ninety-six (996) ft. thence North Fourteen hundred ten and twenty-six hundreths (141G.26 ) ft, to the South line of Hamilton St. which point is the place of beginning.
