<br />No 1076.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend
<br />County of St,,..Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local use by the.property.holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving seweage from collateral drains
<br />b and the same is hereby ordered in and along Frances Street from Corby Street
<br />to Howard Street -as follows, topwit:w -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center of
<br />line of Corby Street and Frances Street; thence north along the center line of'
<br />Frances Street to a point 100.feet south of the south line of Howard Street with
<br />a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes, storm water
<br />inlets, conduits, and house connections to the curb line along the line of said
<br />improvement. All as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the
<br />plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the

<br />Resolved b the Board of Public Works of the City o South end,
<br />County of St. Joseph., by of Indiana, That the construction o a o-calsewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property
<br />bbuts thereon, and no tintended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral
<br />drains, be and the same is hereby ordered in and along Marietta Street from
<br />Pennsylvania Avenue to Broadway as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection
<br />of the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue and Marietta Street; thence south along
<br />the center line. of Marietta Street to a point 44 feet south of the south line of -
