In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter ,no remonstratorsappearedand no written remon--- straneewas filed. The Board t erefore find that the property assessed in said roil filed October 10th.; 1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments fas.sh.own on said roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October 10th.,1922 and the final estimate allowed October loth.,, 1922 should be and the.smme are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and .approved. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Milton Street from Miami Street to Mumford Court, under Improvement Resolution No. 1006 in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter' no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed October 3rd.,1922 is beneiftted in the amount of assessments as shown on &aid roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed October loth. 1922 and the final estimate allowed Octoberl6th. 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all 'things, ratified, confirmdd and approved. Resolved that notices as to the assessments•be,published on the 27th. day of Octolaer 1922 and on the 3rd. clay of October 1922 in the South Bend dews Times and South Bend.Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amounts of assessments as shown on said roll at .its .affiee in the City Hall on the 15th. day of November 1922 at 7:15 P.M. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approvdd and the final estimate thereon allowed. Resolved further that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and Approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
