<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the -Globe Indemnity Company ,
<br />a New York Corporatidn,.having its prinicipal office in the City of Newark, County
<br />of Essex, State of New Jersey, pursuant to the following By -Law, which was adopted by
<br />the Directors of the said Company on January 15,1919, to -wit: -
<br />Article X19 Section 1. The President, any Vice --President or the
<br />General Manager, shall have power and authority to appoint resident Vice Presidents. -
<br />resident Assistant Secretaries, and Attorneys in fact, and to authorize -them to execute
<br />on behalf of the Company and attach the Seal of the Company thereto, bonds -and under-
<br />takings, recognizances, contracts of indemnity and other writings obligatory in the
<br />nature thereof," does hereby nominate, constitute and'appoint W. W. Steiner, A. 0.
<br />Anderson, L. J. Klein, Harry A. Newby, E. C. Johnson, M. R. Marx and W. McKenzie, all
<br />of the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, its'true and lawful agents and attorneys
<br />in fact, to make, exeeute,.seal and deliver for and on its behalf, and as its act and
<br />deed any and all bonds and undertakings in its business of guaranteeing the fidelity of
<br />persons holding plaices of publio or grrivate trust and in the performance of contracts
<br />other than,insura4ce policies, and executing or guaranteeing bonds and other under-
<br />takings requires of permitted in all actions or proceedings or by law required or per-
<br />mitted, and bonds or undertakings given to seaxure delivery of shipments without surrender
<br />of Bill of Lading and or to secure payment of freight charges, may be signed for the
<br />Company by the said W. W. Steiner, or A. 0. Anderson and attested fax and the seal of the
<br />Company attached, thereto by any one of the said L. J. Klein, Harry A. Newby, E. C.
<br />Johnson, M. R. Marx or W. McKenzie and FURTHERMORE: Bonds and undertakings as aforesaid
<br />may be signed for the _company by the said W. W. Steener jointly with the said A. 0.
<br />Anderson, And•-
<br />An and all bonds and undertakings in penalties not exceedings Twenty
<br />--five thousand ( 25,G00) Dollars each in its business efdguaranteeing the fidelity of
<br />persons holding places of public or private truct, and in the performance of contracts
<br />other than insurmnee policies, and executing or guaranteeing bonds and -other undertaking
<br />required or permitted in all actions or proceedings or by law required or permitted may
<br />be signed for the Company and the Seal of the Company attached thereto by the said 1.
<br />W. Steiner individually, and Also any and all bonds and undertakings as aforesaid in
<br />penalties not exceedings ten thousand ($10,000) Dollars each may be signed for the Compan;
<br />and. the Seal of the Company attached thereto by the said A. 0. Anderson, Individually
<br />And the execution of such bonds or undertakings in pursuance of these
<br />presents, shall be as binding upon said company as fully and amply, to all intents and
<br />purposes, as if they duly executed by the regularly elected officers of said Company.
<br />IN WTINESS WHEREOF, the_Globe Indemnity Company has caused these
<br />presents to be signed by its Vice President, and its corporate seal to be affixed this
<br />2nd. day of December 1921.

<br />a Notary Public of the State of New Jersey, duly commissioned and guallfied, came F. H.
<br />Kingsbury Vice President of the Globe Indemnity Company, to me personally known, to be
<br />the individual and officer described in, and who executed the preceding instrument,
<br />and he acknowledged the execution of the same, and being by me duly sworn, deposed and
<br />said, that he is the officer of said Company aforesaid, and that the seal affixed to the
<br />preceding instrment is the Corporate Seal of said.Company, and the said Corporate Seal
<br />and his signature as officer were duly affixed and subscribed to the said instrument
<br />by the authority add direction of the said Corporation, and that Article X19 Section
<br />1, of the By -Laws of said Company, referred to in the preceding instrument, is now in
<br />force.
<br />In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
<br />my Offical Seal at the City of Neward the day and year first above written.
