Indiana. <br />Dear Sir :- <br />Septomber 22nd.,1922. <br />I have your letter of the 20th., and regret to note that there has <br />been any delay in removing the iron troller poles in the new pavement in La Salo <br />Avenue. This has been praeticularlly unadvoidable, due to the extra amount of <br />work on hand ith a short force of men ana the pr etical impossibility of getting <br />additional lineman.
