<br />SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1067.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South. Bend, St.
<br />Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to ippreve Gertrude
<br />Street from Prairie avenue•toEwing Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street shall be graded
<br />rfrom property linw to property line to the established grade, and cement curb•shall
<br />be constructed on both sides of said Gertrude Street from prairie Avenue to Ewing Avenue,
<br />a31 as is more particuaary shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail
<br />drawings and 'speelfications on file in the office of the Department, of Public .Works
<br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
