The fallowing resolutions were adopted.
<br />LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1065.
<br />Resolved by the Bard of Public Works of the °City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph , State of Isdietna, That the eenstruetisn of a 16ca1 sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only for local: use by the property holders whose property abuts
<br />thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be t
<br />the same is hereby ordered in and along William Street from Indiana Avenue to Calvert,
<br />Street, as follows, °to-wit:-
<br />Beginni:ng at the intersection of the center line of Indiana
<br />Avenue and William Street; thence south along the center line of William -Street to
<br />the center of Dubail Avenue with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still south a
<br />along the center line of William Street 465 feel, with a. 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer;
<br />thence still south along the center line if William street to a point 100 feet north
<br />of the north line of Calvert Street with a 10 inch v:Ltrified pip a sewer, together with
<br />the necessary .manhol-,rs, storm water inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb
<br />line along the line of said improvement, all as is more particularly shown and all in
<br />accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the
<br />Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.

<br />STREET ORALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0: 1066
<br />Be It Resolved by .the Board. of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana;that it is desired and deemed necessary to
<br />improve The alley west of Franklin Streett from Division Street to Monroe Street as
<br />follows, topwit:- t-
<br />Said alley shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; also
<br />the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said
<br />-allley shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used in making said
<br />improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt,Bit:tlithiep asphaltic concrete, brick or portland,
<br />cement concrete pavement seven (7) inches thick, and the foundation shall be portland
<br />cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the Sheet Asphalt, bitulithic, asphaltic cone -
<br />crate and brick or rolled gravel six (6) inches thick forthe brick, storm water inlets
<br />And conduits shall be constructed where necessary, all storm water inlets and manhole
<br />tops shall be set to the proper grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all
<br />street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all
<br />in accordance with the plans, prefiles, detail drawing emd dpeeifications on file in the
