Same approved and resolution ordered. <br />The Board instructed the Clerk to xotifiy the,Chicago, Lake <br />Shore and South Bead Railway Company to remove trolley poles along the line of.th <br />the improvement of Le Salle Avenue by Friday September 22nd. 1922 or same would <br />be removed by the City at their expense. <br />The following resolution was received, read and placed on <br />file. <br />R E S O L U T I O N. <br />Be It Resolved by the Common. Council of the -City of South <br />Bend, that we hereby object and protest against the use of the Council Chambers <br />for the hearing of trials by the City Court and that we hereby request the <br />Board of Public Works to prohibit the use of such Council Chambers for any and <br />all trials by said City Court, and be it resolved that a copy of this resolution <br />be presented by the City Clerk to the Board of Public Works of said City. <br />E.
