<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bends
<br />Indiana That it is desirable to vacate the following The First Alley west, of College
<br />Street, from Rupel Street, to the firsts alley south of Rupel Street, as follows, to -wit;$
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 45 Kauffman Place Addition;
<br />thence south to the southwest corner of lot 48 .in said Addition; thence west, 14 feet to
<br />the south east, corner of lot, 44 in said -Addition; thence north to the north east, corner
<br />of lot, 44 in said Addition; thence east, ,14' feet, to the place of beginning,

<br />by such vacation: Beginning at the intersection of the west, line of College Street
