Resolution No. 1016 filed with the Board Tkursday September 7th., 1922 was presented to the Board and the Clerk instructed to send the following nigh letter to the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. of Baltimore, Maryland sureties on said Bond as to their authority to sign a bond outs$ outside of Ohio. The McHugh and Cole Company has filed with this City a.bond covering s contract awarded them, which is signed by Glenn C.
