...... ..... . <br />A <br />A/01 <br />9. <br />P 'p <br />Vj <br />Ili <br />1� <br />p, <br />EMERGENCY VEHICLES <br />REMOUNT WARRANTY <br />Remounts performed by HEVC are warranted for one (1) year frorn the date of the remount (as noted on <br />the Final Manufacturer's Certification Plate) or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first. <br />These warranties extend only to standard HEVC features incorporated during the remount process and <br />published standard HEVC options. <br />HEVC's warrant does not include the chassis or chassis parts. The warranty does not include normal - <br />wear parts such as tires, batteries, bulbs, or upholstery. Warranty coverage of special options <br />components will be considered on a case -by -case basis with the terms given in writing. Warranty <br />coverage is based upon reasonable maintenance, prompt notification of defects. This warranty will not <br />cover defects, resulting from inisuse, negligence, accident, or overloading the vehicle beyond its weight <br />rating. All warranty repairs must be completed by HEVC or a HEVC-authorized party. This warranty does <br />not cover work that was not performed by HEVC. <br />IIEVC's warranty does not cover travel expenses, towing charges, mileage, downtime, or personnel time <br />associated with warranty repairs. HEVC shall have no obligation to provide a replacement vehicle. <br />HEVC shall determine the extent of warranty repairs. <br />Horton Emergency Vehicles reserves the unrestricted right at any time, and from time to time to make <br />changes in the design of, and/or improvements on its products without thereby imposing any obligation <br />on itself to make corresponding changes or improvements in or on its products theretofore manufactured. <br />This manufacturers warranty is provided in place of any and all other representations or express or <br />implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability.
