<br />ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS WARRANTY
<br />Wiring: The stationary wiring harness is warranted for ten (10) years from the date of manufacture including,
<br />broken, chafed or pinched wires, and defective splices. Connections at electrical devices are not included in this
<br />ten (10) year warranty.
<br />Intelliplex: The Intelliplex solid state electrical system is warranted for seven (7) years from the date of
<br />manufacture or until the vehicle has been driven 100,000 miles, whichever Occurs, first, including all circuit
<br />boards, circuit board components, and circuit board connections.
<br />All other components are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture or until the
<br />vehicle has been driven 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
<br />Intelliplex 14G: The Intelliplex 14G solid state electrical system is warranted for ten (10) years from the date of
<br />manufacture or until the vehicle has been driven 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first, including all circuit
<br />boards, circuit board components, and circuit board connections,
<br />The Intelliplex i4G control panels are warranted for seven (7) years from the date of manufacture or until the
<br />vehicle has been driven 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
<br />Ali other components are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture or until the
<br />vehicle has been driven 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
<br />These warranties extend only to standard Horton, Emergency Vehicles (HEVC) features and published standard
<br />HEVC options, Special options and features that are not part of HEVC's published options list shall be subject
<br />to such warranty, if any, as HEVC may designate in writing for each specific case.
<br />HEVC's warranty does not include the chassis, chassis parts, or any components or equipment manufactured
<br />by others and not Installed by HEVC:, all of which are the subject of warranties, issued by other parties. The
<br />warranty does not include normal -wear parts such as, tires, batteries, bulbs, or upholstery. Warranty coverage of
<br />special, option, components will be considered on a case -by -case basis with the terms given In writing. Warranty
<br />coverage is based upon reasonable maintenance and prompt notification of defects. This warranty will not cover
<br />defects resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, or overloading the vehicle beyond its weight rating. All
<br />warranty repairs must be made by HEVC or an HEVC-authorized party. This warranty does not cover work that
<br />was not performed by HEVC or an HEVC-authorized party.
<br />HEVC's warranty does not cover travel expenses, towing charges, mileage, downtime, or personnel time
<br />associated with warranty repairs. HEVC shall have no obligation to provide a replacement vehicle.
<br />HEVC shall determine the extent of warranty repairs.
<br />HEVC reserves the unrestricted right to, at any time and from time to time, make changes in the design of
<br />and/or improvements on its products without thereby imposing any obligation on itself to make corresponding
<br />changes or improvements In or on its products theretofore manufactured.
<br />Within sixty (60) days of transfer of HEVC vehicle ownership by the original purchaser, FI,EVC's warranty may
<br />be revalidated. Revalidation is contingent upon the original or subsequent owner completing vehicle inspection
<br />by HEVC or its authorized dealer and filing a warranty revalidation form available from, HEVC. Upon subsequent
<br />transfer of ownership, this warrant may be revalidated in the same mariner, provided that it has been
<br />revalidated on each preceding transfer. The warranty is valid beginning from, the date of original manufacture
<br />and expires at the conclusion of the original warranty term,.
<br />This manufacturer's warranty Is provided in place of any and all other representations, or expressed or implied
<br />warranties including the Implied warrant of merchantability. No person is authorized to make any other or further
<br />representation or warranty on behalf of I-lorton Emergency Vehicles or any of its dealers. Your right to service
<br />and replacement of parts on the terms expressly set forth herein are your exclusive remedies and neither the
<br />manufacturer nor any of its dealers shall be liable for damages, whether ordinary, incidental, or consequential.
