2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />CHASSIS EQUIPMENT <br />RUBBER MUD FLAPS: <br />Rubber mud flaps shall be provided behind the rear wheels of the vehicle. They shall be Heavy Duty Truck type and <br />bolted to the inner fender liners of the modular body, behind the rear tires. <br />VALVE EXTENDERS FOR REAR DUALS: <br />Realwheet air valve extenders shall be provided and installed on the rear wheel duals, The valve extenders shall consist <br />of the following: <br />- (2) Valve stem stabilizers 2.8" (RWO028VSB) <br />- (2) 3" Straight (RW1260) <br />- (2) 180 Degree Angled (RW-PPK-166-2) <br />FRONT AND REAR END ALIGNMENT: <br />The Chassis shall be checked and adjusted for proper front and rear alignment after the ambulance body is mounted and <br />the vehicle is ready for delivery. <br />CHASSIS SERVICE MANUAL: <br />A chassis "SHOP -SERVICE MANUAL" shall be provided with completed vehicle. <br />PRIVE SHAFT HOOP: <br />A fabricated steel driveshaft hoop shall encompass the driveshaft. <br />EQUIPMENT: <br />The following equipment shall be provided with the vehicle at delivery; <br />Two (2) Amerex (5) lb. Fire Extinguishers, ABC shall be provided. Included will be (2) #861 H (SAEJ3043 Compliant) <br />Amerex mounting brackets. <br />A Stryker PowerLoad Cot Mount shall be provided and installed. (Dealer Supplied and Installed) (Does not include cot or <br />cot compatibility kit.) <br />ZICO QUICK RELEASE BOTTLE BRACKET: <br />Two (2) Zico, Quick Release Strapless "D* Bottle Bracket Model QR-D-2 shall be provided and installed in the "N' <br />compartment against the forward wall.. <br />Two (2) Zico, Quick Release Strapless "D" Bottle Bracket Model QR-D-2 shall be provided and installed in the recessed <br />stepwell area. <br />PREP, CLEAN AND DETAIL VEHICLE: <br />The new vehicle shall be cleaned and detailed both inside and out, for final delivery. <br />A4539-0001 08/24/18 <br />56 <br />
