BID NAME <br />7. 06 i1m M-' I- <br />PFACK <br />Spec S — One (1) or More 2018 or Newer Emergency Medical Vehicle <br />August 28, 2018 at, 9.�30 a.m. <br />Pursuant to notices given, the undersigned offers bid(s) to the City of South Bend in accordance <br />with the following attachment(s) which specify the class or item number or description, quantity, <br />unit, unit price. <br />SPEC S - ONE (1) OR MORE 2018 O�R NEWER EMEGENCY MEDICAL VEHICLE <br />It is the intent of these specifications to describe an emergency medical vehicle for the City of <br />South Bend. All units bid must have been manufactured in the U.S.A. The unit shall be bid as a <br />fully equipped complete Emergency Medical Vehicle as described in the following specification. <br />No partial or split bids will be accepted, <br />The City of South Bend reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept a full or partial <br />award of the bid or bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities which, in its judgment, <br />will be in the best interest of the City of South Bend. <br />The Board will award the bid to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. If the bid is not <br />awarded to the lowest b�idder, the factors used to justify the awards will be stated in writing at the <br />request of any bidder. <br />These are minimum specifications. Any variation from the specifications, must be spelled out on <br />a separate exception list and attached to your bid in order for the bid to be valid. Any items not <br />listed on the exception sheet will be assumed to be part of the unit. <br />Any exceptions to the following specifications must be noted by the dealer at the time of bidding <br />in order for the bid to be valid. Vendor to complete bid proposal, options, and nondiscrimination <br />commitment contained in this bid specification and attach to the submitted bid. <br />7 <br />
