August 28, 2018 <br />City of South Bend <br />Reference: Howard Park Redevelopment <br />Reference: Drug Testing of Employees of Public Works Contractors <br />This letter is to certify our ability to comply with the required drag testing of our employees as <br />required by IC 4-13-18 for your project. <br />The collective bargaining agreement that covers our employees for this type of project in this area does <br />not contain provision for random drug testing of employees. However, it is our policy as a contractor <br />to comply with any owner -required or state -mandated drug testing provisions on projects where we <br />perform work. The Ziolkowsld Construction, Inc Health and Safety Manual has a section which <br />highlights this policy, a copy of which is available for your review. Ziolkowski Construction, Inc does <br />drug test our employees through collective bargaining agreements that meet the requirements of IC4- <br />13-18-5. This is for employees working in other areas that utilize programs, administered by the <br />Indiana Union Construction Substance Abuse Trust (IUCSAT) and the Building Construction <br />Resource Center, Inc.
