CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING AUGUST 21, 2018 250 <br />1 <br />1 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />August 21, 2018, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Members Therese Dorau and <br />Suzanna Fritzberg present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member James Mueller were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Fritzberg stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; <br />and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Fritzberg <br />stated the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$6,001.61 <br />08/09/2018 <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,735,636.87 <br />08/21/2018 <br />Therefore, Ms. Fritzberg made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted.
