LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 10570 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That tr.: construction of a local sewer, in- tended and adapted only for local yse by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, ind not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains be and the first alley west of Scott Street from Colfax: -Avenue to La Salle Avenue as follerws, to -wit: - Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Colfax Avenue and the First alley West of Scott Street; thence north along the center line of said alley to a point 100 feet south of the south line of La Salle Avenue with a ten (10) inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary man holes, storm water inlets, conduits and chouse connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the platss. profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
