i Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. Mr. F. T. Bonds Ge'l. Mgr. In Bell Telephone Company appeared before the Board in 'regard to conduit in the City Mali Court broken by the Palace Theatre Company in the Instruction of their Theatre Building. Mr. Bonds stated his company wanted to eliminate this duct in City Hall Court and run a new conduit over to Colfax Avenue. Motion made by Alber F.
