<br />We, the undersigned, now owners of lots of recently platted
<br />property on that part of streets which have been improved as prdvide-d by resolution
<br />of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana`, as follows: -

<br />Which property was assessed as one tract and which since said
<br />assessments have been plaited and that part, of said assessments have been readjusted
<br />by said Board :of Public Works, and said lots re -assessed with their several
<br />proportions of said assessments no unpaid;
<br />Now, therefore, iin consideration of the benefits to said
<br />lots conferred by said assessments of said unpaid installments of said improvement
<br />assessments, including all interest, penalties and costs due thereon, and the granting
<br />of the privilege of paying the improvement reassessments on the subdivided lot, or
<br />lots in the number of installments required for the remainder of the ten years` period
<br />granted under such original improvement assessments, on the real estate described
<br />in the petition of Marquette Park Corporation owners of the original tract, for
<br />adjustment of said original assessments,, -and all acts of the said Marquette Park
<br />Corporation at the time in connaction therwith in securing the privilege of paying
<br />such improvement assessments. in ten annual installments, and all acts of the said Boaz
<br />Board of Public Works in connection with the reassessmnets authorized by law, as
<br />agreed to make no objection to -any illegality or irregularlity in the matter of the
<br />original assessments or of the reassessments of said improvement assessments.
