<br />That the legal description of said tract -of lard is as follows'.,-
<br />Beginning at.the intersection of the westerly line of Portage
<br />Avenue and the North line of Keller Street, in the said City of South Bend; thence west
<br />along the north line of Keller Street to a point 143 feet west of the west line of
<br />College Street; thence north along a line 143 feet west of and parallel to the west
<br />-line of College Street to the south line of Hamilton Street; thence east along the
<br />south line of Hamilton Street to the westerly line of Portage P_venue; thence south-
<br />easterly along to west line of Portage Avenue to the place.of beginning.
<br />Said. improvement assessments which were so levied against said real
<br />estate, and the amount and name of each of said.assessments which are no unpaid, and
<br />the number of installments thereof which are no unpaid, are filed herewith and made a
<br />dart of this petition and'are marked respectively Exhibits "A","B"-,"C", "D", "E",
<br />F" , and " G" , .
<br />That after said assessments were levied against said land , the same
<br />was platted, and the plat thereof has been approved as required by law, and is known
<br />and described as Marquette Park Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana and is
<br />recorded in Plat Board No. 10j.at page No. 1579 in the Officer of the Recorder of
<br />St. Joseph County, in said State.
