<br />Eg]tneer filed assessment roll and final estimate for grade, cult
<br />and walk on Robinson Street from Lincoln Way East to Ewing Avenue, under Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 926. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Resolved that the entire work under the above resolution and the
<br />contract let, thereunder be in all things accepted end approved that said final estimate
<br />be allowed.
<br />Resolved that, said notices in form required by lava be published on
<br />the 23rd. day of August 1922 and on the 30th, day of August in the South Bend News Times
<br />and Tribune newspapers of general circulation in this City setting and fixing the
<br />13th. day of September 1922 at the office of the Board in the City Hall, South Bend,
<br />Indiana as the -time and place when this Board will receive and hear remonstrances against,
<br />the amounts of assessed against each of the lots and parcels of land on said siley
<br />roll and will hear and determine whether such lots and parcels of land Will be specially
<br />benefitted by said emprovement by the amounts stated and set, forth in said roll,
<br />Communication received from Health Board with petition for
<br />pipe sewer on Adams Streets from Par allel Street to Linden Avenue. Upon advise from
<br />the City Engineer the Board instructed the Clerk to notify the Health Department to
<br />ha ve party* on Adams Street to connect with the existing sewer on adams Street.
