Street, by paving the roadway the same, and WHEREAS, the City Civil Engineer has prepared and -filed in the office of this Board a report showing the number and location of the service main �+ „ pipes, s, e-�s_r�ts,-iateral_,,_-_aQd- corinecti�w.hir�t ace�r� will be necessary to accetrmcctote the abut ting property and the owners thereof with t: gas, water, sewer, and_ other conveniente3 -and necessaries and also said City- Givil Engineer has prepared and filed in said office specifications showing the material to be used and the manor of laying said service pipes mains, conduits, laterals and connections ' from the mains to the points in- side- the curb lines THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Werkes of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that f the report of the City Crvil Eagmeer is adcpted, and sa'd report and the specificatiers prepared and Bled by him are made a part of this resolution as fully andeffectually as if copied herein at full length; and it is fur- ther ordered that all of such private connections with the sewer, gas, and water mains be made in said street by bringing them inside the curb lines thereof. And bcjt further resolved that notice by pablication for two successive days in South Bend 'Tri &_& ' , a ew pamper of genera}__ r.itculatien printed ar-d publ shed in the City of South Bend Indiana, be given to the owners of the property abutting upon said street to be improved directing them to rmake such sewer and water coonectiew on or before the 'I5th day of s4wn17 q22 192 and that if said connections are riot made on or before said time and in accordance with •the speci- �' fications and report on ' file' in the office of the Board of the Public .
