After fullv discussing this matter it was regularly moved, <br /> seconded anc3 carried that the cZ�im be paid to Dr. Rodin in the <br /> arnount of �50.QC. <br /> Traffic Fhgir.eer rMliller reported upon a request of F. H. Negley, <br /> President of Epvrorth Hospital, requesting th at stop signs be pl�ced <br /> at h7air. and Navarre, making �iain Street a through street. In his . <br /> recommendation, Pdr. PJliller also recommended that the same action be <br /> taken reg�rding Nlain Street and Bartlett. Upcn regular motion, secon- <br /> ded and carried, this was approved and in�truction� were given to <br /> place the stop signs accordingly. <br /> �dr. Niller al�o reported upon traYfic signals being placed at <br /> Lincoln Vday V�est and 4'lilli�s Street, which had been in operation for <br /> just one year and gave a report of the accident experience and sug- <br /> gested that the location of signals be improved by changing signal <br /> fac�s fron "too far" indications to "ne�r right" and"�'ar l�eft" i�.di- ' <br /> c�tions. Miller reco�unended that Sherman Avenue between Oak Street <br /> and Lincoln ti'Pay Wlest be restricted to parkin� on the east sic�e c� the <br /> street� invrhich recommendation the Board concurred and orderad that <br /> the recommendation be carried out. <br /> Traffic Engineer Niller bubmitted a plan offered by H, L.
