The Department will respond to calls for service upon the effective <br />date of the Annexation. Environmental Services <br />Wastewater Treatment - Wastewater treatment services are supported by user fees, and are paid <br />through the Water Works billing system. <br />Solid Waste -Industrial, commercial and apartment customers are not served by the Bureau of <br />Solid Waste. The annexation will contain single-family and duplex residential units and office- <br />retail units. The office-retail uses will have centralized waste collection locations. A licensed <br />private waste hauler will be required to serve these developments. As single-family, duplex units <br />are constructed, The Division of Environmental Services could service them at the rates noted <br />below. <br />
