The Area Board of Zoning Appeals gave it a public hearing on October 5, 2011, at <br /> which time the following action was taken: <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Phipps, being seconded by Mr. Young and unanimously carried, the <br /> petition for Special Exception to allow for the option of a single family dwelling on property <br /> located at 618,622,626,636 Lincolnway East and vacant land east and adjacent to 701 South St. <br /> and 611, 613, 702 South St. and 514 & 518 Rust St. and a Special Exception to be allowed to use a <br /> portion of the properties as an accessory parking lot on properties located at 618, 622 Lincolnway <br /> . East, 611 South Street and 514 & 518 Rush St. is sent to the Common Council with a Favorable <br /> Recommendation. <br /> The deliberations of the Area Board of Zoning�ppeals and points considered in arriving at the above <br /> decision as shown in the Minutes of the Public Hearing, and will be forwarded to you at a later date, to be <br /> made part of this report. <br /> Sincerely, ` <br /> .� <br /> Charles C.
