9 <br /> VARIANCE REQUESTS: <br /> 1) . A Variance from the Minimum required 60 ft. of Frontage on a Public <br /> Right-of-way for a Single Family Dwelling Lot to a minimum of 35. 92 feet <br /> more or less. <br /> 2) . A Variance from the Minimum required 50 ft. of Frontage on a Public <br /> Right-of-way for uses on a Lot allowed in a MF1 District to a minimum of <br /> 35.92 feet more or less. <br /> 3) . A Variance from the required minimum 6 ft. wide Side-yard setback to <br /> a minimum of a 4 ft. Wide Side-yard setback along the South property <br /> line and be allowed to have sidewalks and drives in both and the North <br /> and South Side-yard setbacks. <br /> 4) . A Variance from providing on-site parking for a Two Family dwelling <br /> (i.e. 4 parking spaces) , or on-site parking for a Single Family dwelling <br /> (i.e. 1 parking space) , to have a minimum of two (2) parking spaces on <br /> the portion of the Accessory parking Lot shown on Parcels "A", "B", "H", <br /> "I" and "J". <br /> 5) .
