Pauszek, t:�at he is in �ood physical <br /> eondition to perform the duties of a police officer. �t was regul�.rly <br /> moved, seconded and carried that this time having expire D Pauszek <br /> b�e asked for a statement as to his condition. The Board �����ucted , <br /> the Clerk to remove him from the payrolZ as of Iebruary 6. <br /> The Board approved application for renewal of ttadio �tation licer�se <br /> which was forwarded to the Federal �ommunications �ommission, v`dashing- <br /> tozi, D. C. , over the signature of Police chief, L. J. Lane. <br /> A cor�munication was received �rom C. P. Flzckiger who operates <br /> Eckercl"s Drug Store at 136 5outh Nichigan �treet, as�ing that a load- <br /> ing zone be established in front of their sidewalk elevator on South <br /> �y�ichigan Street.
