FIRE DEPkRT�aIF1`3T - Chief Freeh nresent: The Chief reported th�t all operators of rire antiaratus are un�ergoing rigid tih,ysical examination for the purpose of establishing their fitness to operate f'ire trucks. Z'hese tests v,�ill continue until all of the thirty-two r�en on the department h�ve been ex�.mined. The Chief recuested that the Bo�.rd authorize the �urchase o�' tv,;elve chairs ; ,tti:�enty rubber st�ir nads and tnirty-six v,findo�t- sh�.des for the netn� fire st�.tion. There bein� suf�'icient money in the bud�;et for this nurpose, tn.e purcn��se t^,�as authorized.
