355 THE following resolutions were adopted: - TRUNK SFWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1043. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph , State of Indiana ;-That it is desired and deemed necessary to construct a Trunk sewer known as River Park Trunk sewer District No. 2 all in said City, which, , from its size and character, is not intended and adapted for use by property owners whose property abuts along the line of said sewer, but is also intended and adapted for receiving sewage fromcollateral drains already constructed or which may be hereafrer constructed, and the same is hereby ordered constructed in and along the follow- ing line in said`City, to -wit:- Beginning at, thrtherl tli e of the south t.
