353 The following resolutions were adopted by the Board. SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1042. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deem--d necessary to improve Twelfth Street from Mishawaka Avenue to the Grand Trunk Western R. R_# Also: Thirteenth Street from Mishawaka Avenue to the Grand Trunk Western R. R. Also: Fourteenth Street from Mishawaka Avenue to the Grand Trunk Western R. R. Also: Fifteenth Street from Mishawaka Ave. to the Grand Trunk Western R. R. Also: Wall Street from,Sixteenth Street to the West 2izie of the Colonial Gardens Addition. Also: Hastings Street from Sixteenth Street to the west line of Colonial.Gardens Addition.
