Continued. <br />All proceedings.had and work done in the construction of said main sew <br />sewer and its appurtenances, amnner of assessments of property collection of assess- <br />ments and issuance of bonds therefor, shall be as provided for in an act of the <br />General Assembly of the State of Indiana, entitled " An Act (Koncerning Municipal <br />Corporations, in matters pertaining to the constitution, alteration and mainteance <br />of public drains and sewers, providing for the construction, alteration and main- <br />tcnance of such sewers and drains in s►sch cities and within tour miles thereof, <br />also providing for the assessment of property speeically benefitted thereby for <br />the payment thereof, in whole Or in part, and for the collection of such assessments,. <br />repealing all laws and parts of laws injeonflict therewith, and declating an <br />emergency, approved March 6,1905, and al:l,axts aupllementary and amendatory thereto, <br />passed by the General Assembly of the Sta�.e of Indiana. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 18th. day of <br />Auggust 1922 and on the 25th. day of August; 1922 in the South bend Daily News Times, <br />and South Bend Tribun, this Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its offie <br />in the City Hail on the 6th. day of September 1922 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Adopted this 16th. day of August 1922. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />Attested: - <br />Veronica C.
