Continued. <br />Renewal certificate for the sum of One Thousand ($19000.00) Dollars <br />for Joseph Colbert approve. <br />Complaint filed about contractor.on Hill Street Grading and sidewak <br />contract not starting work. Board instructed Clerk to notify Contractor to <br />start work immediately as time was partly up for contract and they will forfeit <br />bond. <br />Petition received and resolution ordered for grade., curb and walk <br />on 12th. 13th. 14th. and 15th. Street from Mishawaka Avenue to the Grand Tru nk <br />Railroad and Hastings°and Wall Street from the alley betwee n Clifford Court <br />and 12th. Street. <br />1 <br />Petition filed nd resolution ordered for grade, curb and walk <br />on College Street fx= and Brookfield Street frdn Humboldt Street to Elwood Ave. <br />Waiver signed by property owners on Harper Court for pavements <br />same read and referred to the City Engineer for to•be checked as to the names on <br />same. <br />The following communication received by D. EffZctive July lr19 t and for each month following <br />the rental to be $25.00 per month payable monthly <br />2.
