Board met in regular session at 7 15 P.M., -All members present. City Engineer present. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer' on Stanfield Street from Howard. Street to St. Vincent Street, under Improvement .Resolution No. 9 6, iin tbe� Cityof South Bend, Indi na, n the above mtter no remonstrate s appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in, said roll filed July.lith,, 1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July llth,, 1922 and the final estimate allowed July llth., 1922 should be an the .same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing,,had on`assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb and walk on Swygart Avenue from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue, under Improve- ment Resolution No. 945, In the City of South Bend., Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remora strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed. July llth., 1922 is benefitted in the amount at assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment Al filed July llth. 1922 and the final estimate allowed Xly llth., 1922 should be and the same are hereby Lin all thinga ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade curb and walk on Bowman Street from Clyde Street to Kline Street under Improvement Resolution No. 932. In the City of South Bent, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared na d no written remonstrance was filed, The Board therefore find that the property assessed to said roll filed July llth., 1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as. shown on said roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July llth., 1922 should be and:the'same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmd and approved. In.the-City of South Bead, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrace was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in sad said roll filed July filth., 1922 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll -filed July llth., 1922 and the final estimate allowed July llth., 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. In the above matter m remonstrators appeared and noneritten remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July lith., 1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July llth., 1922 and the final estimate allowed July 11 h., 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all.things, ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for water connections on Michigan Street from a point 40 feet north of Fairview Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 980. IN the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above natter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said Poll filed July llgh., 1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July llth. 1922 and the final estimate allowed July llth., 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade and cement walk on Ewing Avenue from Miami Street to Ernsperger Street, under Improve- ment Resolution No. 904. In'the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July 1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shn shown on assessment roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July 1922 find the final estimate allowed July 1922 should be and -the same at are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
