WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana. did, on the Mt Jay of Aug= t, 19M 192 adopt a preliminary resolution for the improvment of m:L 1} on sue st ftam -US& al 8 treat to Mun&ard Court under Improvement Resolution No. I C23 in the City of South Bend, Indiana, by construction on pavement as shown on the plans, and in accordance with the profile,-, detail drawings and specificaticrs on file in the office of the .Department of Public Works. AND WHEREAS, we the undersigned,. are the only persons owning pro- perty on said street to be improved, and that me ' alone are affected in ary may by said Pr(Tcicd improvement. :That, we are the -sole owners of the separate parcels of - land Lordcriug upon said street proposed to be im`pi-oved. THEREFORE, in consideration that said Board of Pubilc Works proceed to improve said Milton Street from 1(:_%iml Str**t to Mumsford Court As proposed in said- resolution, and for the further purpose of saving time and, expense, we the un- dersigned, do hereby waive all objections on and in defense . to any defect in said proceedings, and to any violitiorl in procedure far the construction of pavements as fixed by Section 87-10 'of Burn's Revised Statutes of 1914.
