<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMNT RESOLUTION NO. 1021
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Dayton Street from Marine Street to Leer Street as follows, to -wits- ,
<br />Said street shall be
<br />graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved, and also the -roadway of certain portions of
<br />the streets and alleys which enter or interweot said street shall be raded and paved. The
<br />Iavin material to be, used in making said improvement shall be Sheet shalt, ,:Bitl1lithic
<br />s ha tie concrete, brick or Portland Cement Concrete pavement seven1?1 inelzes thick,
<br />anpd the foundation shall be Portage Cement seven t7) inches thick , an the foundaion
<br />shall be portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the Sheet Asphalt, bitiluthic,
<br />asphaltic concrete and brick, or -rolled gravel six inches thick for the brick, also cemenl
<br />curb shaft':be constructed.along;said street where same is necessary and not already
<br />constructed,. manholes, storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed where
<br />necessary, all manhole tops and storm water inlets shall be set of the groper grade, cemenl
