296 COPY OF VACATION RESOLUTION No. 62-1922. Resolved by the Board of Public Ple-iks of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is desirable to vacate the following: Grace Street from a point two hundred forty nine feet east of the east line of Arnold Street, to the east end of said street, a distance of thirty-eight feet. Ford Street from a point two hundred thirty-five feet east of the east line of Arnold St., to the east end of said street, a distance of fifty-two feet. Alley between and parallel with Ford and Grace Streets from a point two hundred thirty-five feet east of the east line line of Arnold Street to the east end of said alley, a distance of fifty-two feet. Alley east of and parallel with Arnold St.', extend- ing from the east end of Grace St. one hundred fifteen n one-half feet south of the alley. above described. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effceted by such vacation: a A Beginning at a point on the east line of Arnold Street south of south line of Ford Street, thence east 500 feet; thence north to south line f of Huron Street produced east, thence west to east of Arnold Street; thence to point of beginning. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 31st. da- -of July 1922 and on the 7th. day of August 1922 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and News Times. This Board, at its office in the City HP.11 an the 23rd day of August 1922 at'7:15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances fromall persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
