<br />TRUNK SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.1016.

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana : That it is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to construct attrunk sewer known as River Park Trugi.k Surer Djstrsct No. 1 all in tL -
<br />said City, which, from its size and character, is not only intended and adapted
<br />for use by property own.eds whosr property abuts 61ong the. lines of said sewer,
<br />but is also intended and adapted for receiving sewage from collateral drains 'alrea�
<br />already constructed or which may be hereafter constructed, and the same is hereby
<br />ordered constructed in and along the following line in said City, to -wit: -Begin-
<br />ning on the northerlyy line of the St. Joseph River at a point on LVt Fi in Twin
<br />City Sub -Div, of Lot C. of 0. P. River Park, thence northeasterly to the iner-
<br />section of the center line of north side Boulevard and Tenth Street with as 36
<br />inch -circular sewer, thence southeasterly along the center line of North Side
<br />Boulevard to the center of Eleventh St., with a 36 inch circular sewer; thence
<br />-easterly along the center line of North Side Boulevard to the _center of Otis Street.
