THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Wcrkes of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that 1 the report of the 'City Civil Engineer is adcptcd, and fa'd rercrt ard the specificftiors prepared - and feed_ by him are made a part of this resolution as fully and effectually as if copied -herein at full length; and it is fur- i. ther ordered that all of such privat- connections with the sewer, gas, and water mains be made. in said street by bringing them inside the curb lines thereof. And be. it further resolved that �notice by pablication for two successive days in South Bend Tim elnewspaper of general circulation printed and publ shed in the City of South Bend Indiana, be given to the owners of the property abutting upon said street to be improved directing them to make such sewer and water cofiriectiatw_on or before the day of AUZIS:h 19PP 192 and that if said connectionsare not made. on _--or-_ before said time and in accordance with the speci- fications and report on file in the office of the Board of the Public Works, then said Board will cause the same to be made and will asses the cost thereof against the property abutting vpcn said street, and shall do all other things pertaining thereto according to the provisicr.s and tequitirents cf .Ordinance No. 1842 adopted by the Common Council of the City. of South Bend on July 24, 1916, and cf all c1h(r crdinan(es and law relating thereto.
