<br />PLAT OF COLONIAL GARDENS AN ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND., INDIANA .
<br />The attached map is a true plat of can additions, to be known as the
<br />Colonial Gardens, being a tract of land described as follows: -
<br />Beginning a the inter-
<br />section of the north line of Mishawaka Avenue and the center line of Section 8 Twp.
<br />37 N. R. 3 E., thence east along the north line of Mishawaka Avenue 1937.4 feet to the
<br />center line of Seventeenth Street; thence North 313.0 feet; thence west 324.0 feet
<br />t the eentbx- :line of Sixteenth Street; thence north 1690.0 feet to the south line
<br />of the Grand Trunk western R. R. Co. right of gray; thence wEst 1622.8 feet tothe
<br />center line of Section `; Twp. 37 N. R. 3 E. thence south 2016.0 feet to the place
<br />of beginning.
<br />The Plat cont-4ins Four hundred and twenty two (422) lots, numbered
<br />from One (1) to Four Hundred and twenty -two (422) inclusive.
<br />The dimensions of the several lots and the streets and alleys are marked
