<br />Be It Res olved by the Board of Public Works -of the City of South
<br />k3and, St, Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to
<br />mmprove Pagin Street from Hine Street to Linden Avenue as follows, to -wit:$$
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved,
<br />and also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or inter--
<br />sect said street shall be graded and p�ved. The paving material to be used in maskin
<br />said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bitilitnic, Asphaltic concrete brick or ortia:nd
<br />Cement ,vement seven (7) inches thick, and the foundation shall. be ,porTAand cement "
<br />concrete six (6) inches thick for the Sheet Asphalt, Bitlithic, asphaltic concrete and
