Seeberger wauld furnish the signs. <br /> The Chief reported regarding the petition o� residents in the <br /> 700 block on East �Wen�ger Street and in the 1200 block on High Street, <br /> stating in consultation with� lVlr. Hening it was learned that as soon <br /> as they complete the ne� building now being erected, whieh will be <br /> some time in �Iareh, they vrill provide parking spaee for all of their <br /> � cars. This matter was postponed until April lst for further <br /> investigation. <br /> Officers.. Hansen, Rudynski� and Schuttrow were present at the <br /> meeting and rEquested the privilege of holding a danee for the <br /> Fraternal Order of Police on the 8th of TJIay and of er�ploying Lewis M. <br /> Let�ris to handle the affairs of� a Policenen's l�dovie Ball. The Board <br /> found no objection�. if the affair vras advertised and operated under the <br /> name of the Fraternal Order of Police and referred it to the Chief of <br /> Police for further inve�tigation. <br /> The Chief reported that all ofPicers on the police force with <br /> the exception of Officer Steve Paczesny and police v�oman PJlinnie Evans <br /> had been accepted for the Pension �.i.nd and that W. L. Vt'elch and <br /> Floyd Zellers, nevr officers, would be voted upon at the next meeting. <br /> The Chief reported that O�ficer Peter Rudynski had decided to <br /> continue as instructor of police in the target practice. <br /> The Chief reported that the removal of signs in. the parking area <br /> at filling stations was being accomplished. <br /> Two bids for the v�Tecked police ambulance ti�ere received - that <br /> of the Ben Medow Salvage Company being �21.00 and the ti`dashington <br /> Salvage Company �25.�0. No action was taken. <br /> � Specia3. police commiss�ian tivas issued in favor of Lyle Essex <br /> while v,Torking for the Bendix Products Corporation. <br /> Continuatian certificate in favor of Earl C. Hollis as special <br /> police officer was approved. <br /> � Continuation certificates in favor of the following police <br /> o�ficers were approved and placed with the original bond: Vdilliam J. <br /> Mcl�2ahon, Waclaw E.
