Dudley Shively requested that fifteen minute parkin� <br /> restrictions be established in Yront of stores at numbers 219, 221 <br /> and 223 South Main Street, permitting the occupants of these stores <br /> to use thia parking �spaee: The matter was referred to the Chief of <br /> Police for investigation and reeommendation. <br /> Continuation certiPicate in favor of special police officer <br /> Sohn Leader was approved by the Board. <br /> Surety bond in the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company <br /> in favor of Sergeant Claude E.
