Instructions were given to have <br /> Officer Martin report to a physician and the expense oP the operation <br /> be borne by the City. <br /> Request was received from the �esley Miller Goal Company for <br /> fifteen minute parking restrictions at their place of business. <br /> This matter was referred to the ChieP of Police for investigation <br /> and recommendation. <br /> The South Bend Lathe 1�orks requested the privilege of parking <br /> dia�onal across the street from their factorp and to have the <br /> street painted accordingly.
