South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -December 7, 2007 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(6) Commission approval requested for <br />Sprinkler Maintenance and Winterization <br />in the Blackthorn Corporate Park. <br />Ms. Jennings stated the cost for the sprinkler <br />maintenance and winterization is $555 for <br />the following properties: Bendix Drive, East <br />Washington, Dean Johnson Parkway and <br />Fellows St. The total cost does not include <br />charges for repairs and parts for sprinkler <br />maintenance. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake, and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />sprinkler maintenance and winterization in <br />the Blackthorn Corporate Park. <br />F. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington- <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />G. South Side Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Side <br />Development Area. <br />H. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2408 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area.
