Stickland and A., B. Thielens <br />represemilIg Citizens. Homes CoM&pny presente at said hearing and stated people living <br />in southeasterly part of city needed street car servive, others present, were R. R. <br />Smith, Vice President and Gen'1. Mgr, Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway <br />Company, Councilman Erler and Gall. This neetin _resolved itself into a public <br />discussion of the quest}'on whether or not street car tracks should be put in on Fellows <br />Street, and the Board after hearing all parties interested took no action on said <br />franchise, but defer hame until some future data. <br />Petition filed for a light at the corner of Kemble Avenue and <br />Donald Street. Same referred to the pole and wire inspector for investigation and <br />report. <br />Resolvtd ordered prepared for a pipe sewer on Columbia Street <br />from Wenger Street to Paris Street. <br />Partial estimate No. 1 for the grade, curb and walk on Oakside <br />Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street allowed to H L. Davis. & Son. <br />Written remonstrance -filed <br />Avenue beeatween Sorinremoving <br />Street ndastrip <br />South Bend <br />of Park ground in the center of Notre <br />Avenue.
