Sensenich, Pension Physician of the rire <br /> llepartment, �ras made personally by Dr. Sensenich srith tlie follov�ing <br /> result. , <br /> �nton Sroda - recomrnended f or pension on account of general <br /> physical condition and high blood pressure. <br /> Alfred Lentz - recommended for pension on account of high blood <br /> pressure and diabetes. <br /> Tohn Borko��slti - recorrunendation v�ithheld as there seemed to be <br /> nothing of a serious nature in his physical condition, althou�h he has <br /> lost sixteen pounds during the last year and noyr only tvei;hs 114 pounds. <br /> nfter considering this report, the Board upon motion re;ularly <br /> seconded and carried decided to prefer charges a�ainst �irem�n Sroda <br /> and Lentz to shotia cause tivhy they should not be placed upon the pension <br /> list of the Fire Department. Tne City �ttorney i7as instructed to <br /> dra�t up such char�es. Dr. Sensenich a�reed to testify to the faet <br /> that their physical condition is such that they are incapacitated for <br /> useful service as firerien. <br /> The decision in the case of John Borkovrski ti�as eaithhela for <br /> further investi�ation. �: <br /> In the case of �d�vard Tohulka, crho f�iled to respond to the call <br /> of the Board to appear at this meeting, the Clerk t7as instructed to <br /> Slrite him to appear before the Board at its meetinG on August 3rd and <br /> sho�� cause for not appearing in accordance tivitn its instruction. <br /> Resignations from the Fire Department ti7ere received frorm Fireman <br /> nugust 's'�alinski , Captain rienry Czajko�rski and Captain i'�. C. Bernhardt <br /> and upon re�ular motion, seconded and carried, they tisrere accepted <br /> . effective ku�ust lst , 1936.
